Post Kalank, Alia Bhatt to star opposite Varun Dhawan in David Dhawan's next film remake of Coolie No 1
Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt is surely a hit couple at the box office since their first film Student Of The Year, they have worked together in three films and these films have turned hit at the box office. Especially in Dulhaina series with Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.
This year, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt will be seen in Kalank, directed by 2 States director Abhishek Verman. Now reports are coming that both stars will also be going to star in one more project. One report of Filmfare suggests that Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt may star in David Dhawan's next film.
There were the reports that David Dhawan is planning to make a remake of his own film Coolie No 1 like what he did with Judwaa 2. The film will be produced by Varun Dhawan's elder brother Rohit Dhawan. Earlier there were the reports that Sara Ali Khan was being considered for the role but now the director is planning to take hit pair in this film.
Currently, both the stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are busy in the shooting for their next venture Kalank. This Abhishek Verman directorial also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt and others in the leading role. The film is slated to release on 19th April 2019.
