PM Modi Video Message: From Rangoli Chandel to Taapsee Pannu, Bollywood celebs hail Narendra Modi’s message

Today at 9 am PM Narendra Modi dropped a video message for the citizens of India. In the video, he urged the citizens to switch off their lights for 9 minutes at 9 pm on Sunday and light candles or diyas or torches from their balconies or doorway to mark their fight against the Coronavirus.

As soon as this message broke out Bollywood celebs took to their Twitter to laud the PM for his move to break the thick layer of darkness due to Coronavirus. Celebs like Taapsee Pannu, Rangoli Chandel, Vivek Agnihotri reacted to the same and wrote, “New task is here! Yay yay yayy!!!”

Rangoli Chandel wrote, “Lighting Diyas is a very good gesture, diya creates an ethereal aura which is very calming and effective, to show each other our support let’s do this, I love how @narendramodi ji also focuses on our emotional needs and tries to heal us in every way .... Jai Shri Ram...”

PM in his message applauded the people for paying their gratitude to the people working amid the high of coronavirus on 22nd March during the Janta curfew. However, he emphasized that while doing this task no one is supposed to step out of their house such as on streets, colonies. They should do this task from their balconies and doorway.

He also reminded people that they are not supposed to cross the Lakshman Rekha of social distancing. Whenever they are out of their house to buy essential items people are supposed to maintain social distance.

Through this video, he urged the nation to stand united in the fight against coronavirus as the nationwide tally of confirmed cases have reached over 2000 while the death toll climbed to 69.
