Not Kedarnath, but now Simmba will be Sara Ali Khan's debut film and the reason is Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0

It looks like that Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara Ali Khan has written Karan Johar in her destiny because even after a long yes and no, finally, Karan Johar has become a person to launch Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter. It is known that since Sara's name has come out for the debut in films there were the reports that Karan will launch her in the films.

However, when Karan Johar offered her a film then her mother Amrita Singh rejected the offer as she doesn't want Sara to sign a contract of three films with Dharma Productions. So later, director Abhishek Kapoor offered a film Kedarnath to Sara and she finalized starring opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.

Later controversies arrived in Sara's Bollywood debut as Kedarnath landed in trouble for producers rift. Then Sara's father Saif came in and she made a film with Karan Johar to Sara and that is Simmba, starring alongside Ranveer Singh, directed by Rohit Shetty.

Simmba film

Sara had two films in her bag Kedarnath and Simmba, but as it is known Kedarnath was supposed to release on 29th November but now after Akshay's film 2.0 has arrived, so the makers decided to push the film for 2019. With this, Sara's another Simmba is all set to release on 28th December 2018. Now Simmba will release before Kedarnath, so Simmba becomes her Bollywood debut film.
