Bollywood is celebrating the 87th birth anniversary of beautiful and talented actress Madhubala who has inspired millions of people from her explicit acting. Mughal-e-Azam actress was born as Mumtaz Jehan Begum Dehlavi in 1933. The actress who made the debut as a child artist in the film Basant has given many hits to the industry such as Chalti Ka Naam Gadi, Half Ticket, Howrah Bridge among others.
Apart from popularly known as Venus Queen of Indian Cinema or Marilyn Monroe, the actress was also called The Beauty With Tragedy owing to her personal life. Madhubala has seen many tough times in her personal life which is not hidden from the world. The most talked-about relationship is with Dilip Kumar and Kishore Kumar.
As per her biography, Madhubala revealed that she was whipped by Kishore Kumar often. She revealed this dark secret to her Howrah Bridge producer Shakti Samanta where she showed her the marks leaving the producer in utter shock. Not just this even Kishore in many of his interviews revealed that their relationship was merely carnal impulses, a fact strongly refuted by both the families of Kishore Kumar and Madhubala.

The actress in an interview revealed that she hardly met her family despite living under the same roof. Whenever she use to leave for a shoot in the morning her younger sisters were dozing. When she used to return from the sets at that time her sisters were either out for a walk or were busy with their homework and by the time they returned she was fast asleep.
In another instance, the actress was not allowed to attend award functions or any party held by Bollywood celebs. The actress didn't have friends but she never resisted and was obedient towards her father’s restrictions.
