Filmmaker Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut's estranged relationship is quite popular in the filmdom. It started when during the promotions of Rangoon, Kangana at Karan Johar's show Koffee With Karan openly accused Karan Johar as the flag barrer of nepotism. After that, it became a topic of discussion to the film industry and the time of controversial comments for each other started for Kangana and Karan.

However, that's all in the past, even after that in one of the reality show Kangana Ranaut came as a guest in Karan Johar's show. Here they both behave like friends and they behaved like they don't have any gudges for each other. Karan who is in Davos these days was asked would he give chance to Kangana to work with him in future.

“I have no problem with her. Tomorrow, if I feel like she is really required for a film, I will work with her. The film I was directing didn’t have any scope for her, in my opinion, and no director has come to me with the desire to cast her. I, therefore, have not cast her. No lead actor has asked for her. Just because we had personal differences doesn’t mean we are not going to work together” told Karan Johar.

“If the film demands a Kangana, if a filmmaker wants her then, why not? It’s a commercial deal and there are no emotions involved in commerce”, he added.

With this, it looks like that Karan wants to forget all that happened in the past, but Kangana also thinks the same or she has a differnce opinion that is not clear yet. On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut starrer latest released film Manikarnika has released today on 25th January 2019 and she is getting the appreciation for her performance in the film.
