During Eid, Shah Rukh Khan had confirmed that he is in talks with Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan to avert the Republic Day clash between his film Raees and the Roshans' Kaabil. In fact, speculations were rife about Kaabil backing out of the battle at the Box Office.
However, Rakesh Roshan cleared the air surrounding the clash and said, "My film will release on Republic Day weekend as planned. I don't know about them. Farhan (Akhtar) is not in town. So maybe after he returns, we'll know."
