Irrfan Khan suffering from NeuroEndocrine Tumor: 'Get Well Soon' wishes pour in from the Bollywood industry after the actor reveals his 'rare disease'

The Bollywood industry and the country went into shock when ace actor Irrfan Khan opened up about the rare disease from which he is suffering. Earlier, he did not revealed the name of the disease that raised everyone's curiosity about the disease. Well, today the actor took to his Twitter account to reveal the name of the disease as NeuroEndocrine Tumor.

Irrfan took to his Twitter account to share the news with a tweet that read, "Life is under no obligation to give us what we expect - Margaret Mitchell"

“The unexpected makes us grow, which is what the past few days have been about. Learning that I have been diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope. The journey of this is taking me out of the country, and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes. As for the rumours that were floated NEURO is not always about the brain and googling is the easiest way to do research ;-) To those who waited for my words, I hope to be back with more stories to tell.”

As soon as the actor posted his tweet, recovery messages and tweets from everywhere started to pour in. His co-actors and other members from the Bollywood fraternity reached out to the social media platform to wish the actor a speedy recovery.
