First Airlift, now Housefull 3, Here's why 2016 will be Akshay Kumar's best year yet

The year 2016 started with a bang as Akshay Kumar delivered the first Rs 100 crore film of the year with Airlift. While the film recieved critical acclaim, not many expected it to breach the Rs 100 crore mark.

With the success of Airlift, it seems like 2016 will be Akshay Kumar's most successful year yet. His next film, Housefull 3 is a sure shot success at the Box Office. Housefull is one of Bollywood's biggest and most successful comedy franchises. The last two installments of the series performed well at the ticket window.

The Housefull brand has solid recall value due to frequent repeat telecast on the Star Network. And with the addition of Abhishek Bachchan in the star-cast, the latest installment promises to up the comedy quotient.
