Central Agencies Day 19 Probe in Sushant Death Case: No bail to Rhea Chakraborty, Anurag Kashyap viral Whatsapp chat
On day 19 (9th September) of investigation, after spending the night in NCB’s safe lockup Tuesday, Rhea Chakraborty was shifted to Byculla Jail in Mumbai. The Jalebi actress has been arrested under the Sections 27A, 21, 22, 29 and 28 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
On the other hand, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap took to his Twitter to share a screenshot of his WhatsApp chat. In the chat we can see Anurag talking to SSR’s death over not working with the late actor and after the actor was found dead at his Bandra flat.

9:45 am:- As per India TV reports, Rhea cried after she got to know that her bail was rejected, as she had full expectations that bail would be granted.
10:07 am:- Rhea’s brother Showik, Samuel Miranda taken for medical tests.
10:22 am:- Rhea taken to Byculla Jail by NCB officials

11:59 am:- As per India TV reports, Dr Tarun Kumar has stopped attending office eve since his name came up in controversy after Rhea filed an FIR against SSR’s sister Priyanka and others regarding the bogus prescription. He has also switched off his phone.

2:53 pm:- Showik, Samuel Miranda, Basit Parihar and Zaid Vilatra’s custody extended. Sent for 140day judicial custody i.e till 23rd September.
3:12 pm:- As per ANI reports, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde stated, “Hearing in the bail applications of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik to be held on 10th September at Special Court, Mumbai.

4:28 pm:- SSR’s unseen video recorded by Rhea goes viral
4:59 pm:- As per reports, Rhea has claimed in her bail application that she was coerced into making self-incriminatory confessions during custody.
