Akshay Kumar's Airlift witnessed a further rise in collections on Sunday. The film raked in around Rs 17.35 crore on its third day - taking the weekend total to Rs 44 crore.

On Sunday, audiences thronged both multiplexes and mass centres to watch the film - resulting in a growth of about 20 per cent from the film's Saturday figures. The film has seen a solid performance in the metros. With the positive word of mouth working in its favour, there is a high possibility that mass centres too will record steady collections from Monday on.
