After mother Sridevi's death, Janhvi Kapoor gets back on the sets of Dhadak to resume shooting

After the sudden death of Bollywood's Veteran actress, Sridevi in a Dubai hotel, reports started pouring in that her elder daughter who was supposed to make her Bollywood debut through the film Dhadak will take a break from but she has proved all such reports wrong as the pictures of the actress from the sets of the film are going viral.

The young actress was spotted in Bandra with her team members that included her co-actor Ishaan Khatter and director Shashank Khaitan. As per the reports by the Indian Express, the team will shoot for the film in Bandra for few days and then they will move to Kolkata for the further shoot.

An inside source from the sets of the show told a leading portal Mumbai Mirror about the same and said, “Janhvi and Ishaan will be shooting in Bandra for the next couple of days where they will film some romantic scenes. In the coming week, the duo will head to Kolkata to begin work on the story post-interval, when the lovers elope. They have completed the shoot of the first half which kicked off last December and was shot across Rajasthan and on a set in Mumbai where parts of the state were recreated.”

In the pictures that are doing rounds on the social media, the actress can be seen donning a saree and her get-up looks quite similar from her mother's look in English Vinglish. Even Sridevi's fans are eagerly waiting for the film to see how her daughter will take her name forward in the industry.

The movie is a remake of a Marathi film titled as Sairat and is made under the banners of Dharma Productions but is based in Rajasthan. It is being said that Janhvi did not wanted to delay the release date if the film ie 20 July and that is why she gathered all the courage and chose to return back to work.

Sridevi death

Talking about the veteran actress, Sridevi, she passed away on February 24, 2018 when under the influence of alcohol, she slipped and drowned in the bathtub of the room.
