93rd Academy Awards: These films of Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt made The Academy to send them invitation

These films of Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt made The Academy to send them invitation

On Tuesday, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced names of 819 artists and executives from the world who have been invited to join the members in voting for upcoming awards in 2021. The Academy Awards that is scheduled to be held on 25th April 2021 has also considered two Bollywood actors and have already sent the invitation to join the team. And those two actors are Hrithik Roshan and Alia Bhatt.

While announcing the name they also mentioned two of their movies that made them select Alia and Hrithik to join the team of members in voting for the 93th Academy Awards. With Hrithik’s name, the name of his films Super 30 and Jodha Akhbar was mentioned, while on the other hand, with Alia, her films name Raazi and Gully Boy found mentions.

Meanwhile, apart from Hrithik and Alia, costume designer Neeta Lulla, casting director Nandini Shrikent, documentary filmmakers Nishta Jain and Amit Madheshiya and visual effects supervisor Vishal Anand and Sandeep Kamal are also invited to join the members.

Whereas the international actors who are invited are Beanie Feldstein (Booksmart), Brian Tyree Henry (If Beale Street Could Talk), Florence Pugh (Little Women), Ana De Armas (Knives Out) and Constance Wu (Crazy Rich Asians) have also been invited. While in directors Terence Davies (The House of Mirth), Lulu Wang (The Farewell), Ari Aster (Midsommar) among others have also been invited by the Academy to vote.
