Man touches Lord Hanuman’s feet before stealing donation box; hilarious robbery video caught on cam
A bizarre robbery has been reported from Maharashtra’s Thane city wherein a thief stole a cash box from a temple. The incident came to light after the CCTV footage has gone viral on social media.
In the video, the masked man can be seen clicking pictures of Lord Hanuman and waiting for other devotees to leave the temple premises. As he found that nobody is watching him, he immediately picked the cash box after touching the feet of Lord Hanuman.
According to Zee News, the incident took place in the temple of Lord Hanuman in the Khopat area on the night of November 9.

The CCTV footage was shared by Zee News on Twitter along with caption, "Bizzare! Man seeks blessings before stealing donation box from Hanuman temple in Maharashtra’s Thane."

Reportedly, the accused allegedly stole the cash box containing about Rs 1,000.
In the CCTV footage, the thief can be seen praying and touching the feet of God’s idol before stealing the donation box.
According to officials, the Naupada police arrested the accused on Saturday and recovered the stolen cash from him.
