'Hum yahaan haare huye states jeet rahe hain, tu jeeta hua haar gaya': Twitter erupts in laughter after Pak SC verdict on Nawaz Sharif
As Pakistan's apex court has given its final verdict on Nawaz Sharif over illegally accumulating offshore properties and monies beyond his known sources of income, people took on micro blogging site Twitter and have expressed their views on the verdict.
Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaza Asif is a frontrunner for the post of interim prime minister of the country in place of Nawaz Sharif.
The appointment of an interim prime minister has been necessitated as Pakistan's Supreme Court on 28 July delivered its verdict in Panamagate case and disqualified Nawaz Sharif from continuing as Prime Minister.
