Naagin 5: This Bigg Boss ex-contestant to play lead in Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural show?
Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural show Naagin 4 has come to its an abrupt end due to COVID-19 lockdown. Announcing the same TV czarina took to her Instagram handle and shared the both sad and the good news that though the Naagin 4 is coming to its end however they have chalked down the next season’s script i.e Naagin 5 and added that they have started shortlisting the cast.
As per reports, a news is doing rounds on all the entertainment portal that Bigg Boss 5’s runner up Mahekk Chahal has been shortlisted for the lead role in Naagin 5 and currently, the makers are in talks with her. Well, the decision to opt this actress has come because the channel has cut down 30% of the production cost for everyone.

When contacted Mahekk to confirm the news regarding being the face of Naagin, 5 she denied the rumours. However, a source close to the show confirmed that she is playing the lead for sure.

Meanwhile, for the male lead, a rumour is doing rounds that Ekta has approached Beyhadh 2 actor Shivin Narang and currently, they are in talks with him too.
Well, let’s see how this new season turns out and just like last 4 seasons will Naagin 5 be able to grab eyeballs and top the TRP Chart?
