Raj Kundra’s arrest news has come as a shocker for many in the Bollywood industry. Shilpa Shetty’s husband was arrested on Monday in the case of allegedly producing pornographic films.
Mumbai police commissioner Hemant Nagrale said that Kundra appears to be the key conspirator in the whole case of producing pornographic films through an adult app. Amidst all furore, an old video of Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty, and Shamita Shetty from The Kapil Sharma show has gone viral on social media.
In the clip, Kapil Sharma can be seen asking Kundra about his income source. Ever since his arrest news broke out, the video has been circulated widely on the Internet.

According to reports, a case was registered against Kundra with Mumbai’s crime branch in February. Meanwhile, he has been booked under the IPC sections of cheating, indulging in the obscene act in public places and publicly and under the Information Technology Act.
Reportedly, police filed two FIRs against nine accused. The police have apprehended 9 conspirators for allegedly forcing actors to shoot nude scenes for adult films.
Earlier, Poonam Pandey also accused Raj Kundra and his associates of allegedly using her content despite the contract got over.

Taking her story on Instagram, Kaur wrote, “Brooo do you OGS remember our verified DM video where he reached out to me for hotshots!?!? Im deaaad (sic).”
Meanwhile, Raj Kundra was arrested by Mumbai Police on July 19 in case of alleged production of pornographic films. He has been sent to police remand till July 23 by a Mumbai court.
On the other hand, the Joint Commissioner of Mumbai Police, Milind Bharambe said at a press conference that they have not found “any active role" of Shilpa in the case.
