Visit cbseresults.nic.in to check CBSE Class 10th results 2016

CBSE Class 10th results 2016

The Class X results for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) regions were declared on 28 May 2016 (Saturday)

This lays to rest unconfirmed reports which said the Class 10 CBSE results would come out on 30 May. Earlier, students had expected the result to be released on May 27.

Moreover, CBSE Class 10th results 2016 will be published on net, like previous years. CBSE is hosting its result on net with the technical support of National Informatics Centre (NIC), Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India.

The students can access their CBSE Class X results through following websites:

  • www.results.nic.in
  • www.cbseresults.nic.in
  • www.cbse.nic.in

The schools will automatically get their entire Schools results on email id's already registered with the Board.

CBSE Class X Board results 2016 will also be available through IVRS (INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM). The telephone numbers of NIC and MTNL through which results can be accessed through IVRS are as follows:-

(a) National Informatics Centre : TELEPHONE NUMBER(S) AREA COVERED 24300699 - for local subscribers in Delhi 011 - 24300699 - for subscribers in other parts of the country

(b) MTNL : TELEPHONE NUMBER(S) Area Covered 28127030 for local subscribers in Delhi 011 -28127030 for subscribers in other parts of the country

3. Result can also be accessed through search engine www.bing.com.

4. Schools under Delhi Region Schools under the Delhi Region are advised to collect the results from the office of the respective Zonal office of Deputy Director of Education after declaration of the result by confirming time with them. The result will not be available in the Board premises and the public are advised not to visit Board's office for collection of results. The process of verification will be displayed on CBSE's website shortly.

CBSE had announced the Class XII results on 21 May -- a Saturday.

More than 13.7 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Class 10 examination.

Here's how to check CBSE Class 10 Board results 2016:

1. Visit results.nic.in or cbse.nic.in

or

cbseresults.nic.in

2. Enter your registration number, name, date of birth and other required information

3. Results will be declared on the screen

4. Download a PDF copy of the scorecard

The schools will automatically get their entire Schools results on email id's already.
