Dileep to open a multiplex named after his dear friend Kalabhavan Mani

Actor Dileep, a close friend of the late actor Kalabhavan Mani, is all set to pay tribute to his friend in a unique way. According to reports, Dileep plans to open a multiplex in Kalabhavan Mani's hometown, Chalakudy, Thrissur. And media houses have reported that the theatre complex will be named after Mani.

The complex, which includes a multiplex and a food court was initially named D Cinemas. Dileep had initially planned to collaborate with Mani for the project.

The actors have a number of things in common. Not only are they both best known for the comic timing but they began their acting career as mimicry artists. The two have also featured together in over 30 Malayalam films.

Meanwhile Kalabhavan Mani's last film, Yathra Chodikkathe - where he played the lead - is scheduled to release soon.
