The West Champaran police have detained a man carrying an air gun at Rahul Gandhi's Bihar rally venue on today.
The local police have reportedly launched an investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, takig advantage of the situation, BJP leader Giriraj Singh claimed that the grand alliance is a failure and that Congress does not stand anywhere.
