Star Indian wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt, who made the country proud by winning bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics, has once again won million of hearts.

In an appreciable gesture, the ace wrestler has said that he is going to accept only Rs 1 as dowry.

Yogeshwar will tie the knot with Sheetal, daughter of Congress leader Jaibhagwan Sharma, on 16 January, Monday.

The Times of India quoted Yogeshwar as saying, "I saw my family struggle to collect dowry for the girls of the family. As a result, I decided on two things while growing up - I will excel in wrestling and I will not accept dowry. My first dream has been realised and now it is time to keep my second promise."

Being a public figure, Yogeshwar's considerable step is sure to inspire many.
