Every once in a while there comes along a video that makes you want to break into a slow clap. Women have been saying this for years but no one has put it as succintly as Elle Magazine's UK edition.

Titled #MoreWomen, the video will hopefully change the way you think about women in workplaces.

When was the last time you thought about the ratio of men versus women at your office? Let's face it. You haven't really. Of those reading this piece, five out of 10 will insist that here is no gender / representational disparity. That there are fewer women in their office because, umm, they chose a different company. Because, logic. Not.
