Coconut cream and coconut milk are used in cocktails more often than coconut water. While canned options of all three are widely available across the market, making them fresh at home is not too hard either.
Pina Colada: The classic beach cocktail in Goa
Here's how you make it.
> 2 ounces rum
> 3 ounces pineapple juice
> 1 ounce coconut milk
> 1 ounce coconut cream
Mix all ingredients and ice in a blender, serve in a tall glass.
