Kovind, who was born on October 1, 1945 in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, was earlier the Governor of Bihar being the 14th President of on July 25 last year.
Apart from PM Modi, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and West Bengal Chief Minister also wishes to the President.
