West Indies is playing Australia in their second game of the World Cup and they did a good job in restricting them under 300. West Indies bowlers struck early with taking four wickets in 10 overs. West Indies players did some extraordinary fielding on the field as well.

West Indies bowler Sheldon Cottrell took an amazing catch at long leg to dismiss Steve Smith. Cottrell came running from long leg position and took a one-handed catch at the boundary, when he found himself crossing the boundary rope he threw the ball in the air and grabbed it back after coming in.


 

The catch was so amazing that it can be called the best catch of World Cup 2019. Cottrell is definitely one of the contenders to win the best catch of the tournament award.

Australia was bundled out for 288 runs in 49 overs with Steve Smith scoring 73 runs and Nathan Coulter-Nile scoring an amazing 92 runs. Alex Carrey also scored 45 runs off 55 balls before he was dismissed by Andre Russell.

West Indies is giving a good run chase to Australia as they are cruising at 188-5 from 34 overs. West Indies lost a couple of early wickets in Evin Lewis and Chris Gayle.
