Team India and West Indies are all set to lock horns in the two match Test series and all rounder Ravindra Jadeja will eye to attain a bowling milestone.

Ravindra Jadeja is just eight wickets away from getting 200 Test wickets and if the all rounder manages to do it, Jadeja will become the 10th Indian bowler to get to this milestone. And if Jadeja attains this milestone in the first Test at Antigua, he will be the second fastest Indian bowler to reach the feat after Ravichandran Ashwin.

In the ICC Test Bowler rankings, Ravindra Jadeja currently holds fifth position.

The Men in Blue displayed a brilliant performance in the recently concluded T20I and ODI series against the West Indies. The West Indies succumbed to 3-0 defeat in the T20I series and were also outclassed in the three match ODI series, where they lost 2-0.

The first ODI was abandoned because of the rain, but team India came back strong and recorded back to back wins to clinch the ODI series.

Captain Virat Kohli had a record breaking spree in the ODI series as he went on to score 234 runs.

Virat Kohli went on to become the first batsman to score 20,000 international runs in a single decade. He aslo became the highest run scorer against the West Indies in the 50 over format.

The skipper also surpassed Sourav Ganguly to become second highest run getter for India in ODI cricket.

Nevertheless, on the other hand, Rohit Sharma went past Chris Gayle to become the batsman with the most number of maximums in the T20I format.

The Men in Blue would look to hold on to their number one spot in the Test format when they take on the Caribbean side. If team India loses 0-1 against the Windies, India can get displaced from the number one spot.

The series between the two heavy weights will be a part of the World Test Championship.

India will face the West Indies in the first Test of the two match series in Antigua from August 22.
