What makes Baar Baar Dekho a special film for Katrina Kaif?

After Fitoor, Katrina Kaif is gearing up for the release of Baar Baar Dekho, co-starring Sidharth Mahotra. The film, which is a time-travel love story, is a very special one for Katrina as she was able to connect to a lot of things at a personal level.

During a chat with Karan Johar, on being asked to share her thoughts about the film which releases on 9 September, 2016, Katrina said,

"Baar Baar Dekho is an amalgamation of few things coming together at the right time. Apart from the character, it was Nitya's vision, the luck of my actually connecting to what she wanted to say and the fact that I was able to connect to a lot of things personally which makes it very special."

Her co-star Sidharth Malhotra believes that Baar Baar Dekho is a high on concept love story that has something new to offer the Indian audience.

"It was very challenging character for me and I knew it ever since I read the script. The film does not have a very linear screenplay and it is high concept love story. It definitely has something new to offer to the Indian audience. I am still anxious and nervous and hopefully the audience will like the film," said Malhotra.

The theatrical trailer of the film that marks the directorial debut of Nitya Mehra is set to be out on 3 August, 2016.
