Tabu to do Golmaal 4

Tabu is the latest entrant in Rohit Shetty's franchise, Golmaal

Tabu, who is known for her powerful and serious roles, is going to try her hand at comedy after a long time in Rohit Shetty's Golmaal. The director has already finalised the cast for his fourth instalment and Tabu is likely to essay interesting and never seen before role.

Tabu's last outing, Fitoor, where she replaced Rekha who walked out of the film midway did not do well. However, the actress is excited to return to her favourite genre with Rohit and is expected to start shooting for the film soon. The crew is going to begin their first schedule post Ajay Devgn wraps up Baadshaho.

There were speculations about who will play lead in Golmaal 4, post Kareena Kapoor Khan's pregnancy. Shetty was keen on casting her but had to look for another actress due to her maternity break. Now the film will feature Parineeti Chopra as Devgn's love interest, and Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Khemu will retain their roles. The film is slated to release end of this year.
