Sooryavanshi: After Simmba, Rohit Shetty to bring Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh's camoes in Akshay Kumar's film

Rohit Shetty is back with his cop-drama Simmba and it is a blockbuster since from its first day. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in the leading roles and it has Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in the cameos. With Simmba, Rohit Shetty also has announced another cop-drama film Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar.

If reports to be believed then Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn will be making special appearances in Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi. The source related to the project quoted saying, “Yes, Rohit Shetty will be directing Akshay Kumar next. Given Shetty’s recent track record at the box office, it was obvious that other A-list actor would be lining up to sign him on as their director.”

The source further added, “The film will see Akshay Kumar playing the role of an ATS cop and is slated to go on floors in April next year with a release being slated for the last week of December. As of now the rest of the cast is yet to be locked.”
