Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Hindi remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy gets it's title as 'Kabir Singh'
A few days back there was an announcement made that Padmaavat star Shahid Kapoor and MS Dhoni The untold story actress Kiara Advani to collaborate for the Hindi remake of Telugu hit film Arjun Reddy. As the film was supposed to go on floors from September month but it got delayed because of some pre-production work.
Now finally, the makers have revealed the title of the film and it is Kabir Singh. Like the Telugu film got the title from leading character's name as the same Hindi makers have done took the title from leading character's name. It means Shahid Kapoor will now play the role of DR. Kabir Singh who is an alcoholic surgeon.

Arjun Reddy is a love story and it revolves around an MBBS student who faces a tough time in his career as he lost his love. Significantly, earlier Tara Sutraia was supposed to star opposite Shahid Kapoor but because Tara is stuck with Dharma Productions's contract so she won't be able to do the film.

The film will be directed Sandeep Reddy Vanga who also directed the original film. The makers have released a poster revealing the logo of the movie. It is a heart shape hand and it has the pain of love. The film is going to release on 21st June 2019.
