OMG! Has Vivek Oberoi really donated 1 crore after Salman Khan went to jail? Here's what exactly happened
The most controversial cases of India that included the name of the biggest Bollywood actor, Salman Khan has opened up again and yes we are talking about the most famous case of 1998, the blackbuck poaching case in which the Hum Saath Saath Hain actors including Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam were accused of killing two blackbucks. Now the final judgement over the case has been announced in which the Race 3 actor has got jail punishment for 5 years and a fine of Rs 10,000 while others were let off.
Salman is in jail from the past two days and the bail plea of the actor is being going on in the court. While the Bhai's fans all over the world are praying for his well being, there are some who are super happy about the same. One amongst those is Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi who is popular as being Salman's biggest rival.
As soon as Salman was sent to the jail, reports started to pour in that Vivek has donated a huge amount of Rs 1 crore to the Siddhi Vinayak Temple in Mumbai. The story was shared by a parody account of a popular news website and people believed it to be true. Soon, everyone started talking about the same and this news went viral all over the internet.

The rivalry between Vivek and Salman is very famous for a long time. The relation between the two turned sour when they both got attracted to the same girl and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai that ultimately led to a creation of a love triangle. This triangle ultimately started affecting Vivek's career and it was being said that the reason behind the fall in his graph was because of Salman Khan.
This report got a huge reaction such that the actor has to come forward to put a rest to all the rumors doing rounds. The Prince actor said that he has not done anything of that sort and the picture that si doing rounds was an old one.
Vivek, on the whole matter said, “Please don’t link my name with Salman’s case. News of donating 1 crore by me is totally false. The picture was taken long back at Siddhivinayak temple. This is creating false perception in people’s mind.”
