Namastey England: Akshay Kumar-Sonakshi Sinha film to be shot in England, Paris, Punjab

Akshay Kumar - Sonakshi Sinha's Namastey England is scheduled to go on floors in Punjab this August, following which the team will go on a world tour to shoot the much-anticipated romantic comedy.

While interacting with a leading daily, director Vipul Shah confirmed that Namastey England is not a sequel to Namaste London and promised to present Sonakshi Sinha in a never-seen-before avatar. He said,

"Sonakshi will feature in a never-seen-before avatar. We are currently in the pre-production stage. Let me make it clear that our film is not a sequel or a continuation of Namastey London."

The director also confirmed that the film will go on floors in August this year in Punjab, following which it will be shot at various locations across the globe.

"We will be shooting in England, Paris, Switzerland, Brussels and Punjab. It could take us around six months to wrap up the film," said Vipul.

The movie is slated to hit the screen in the first half of 2017.
