Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan collections in Pakistan over the weekend are more than the combined total of two Pakistani films - Bin Roye and Wrong Number released on Eid.
Kabir Khan's latest directorial venture is not just on a record breaking spree in India but also in neighboring country Pakistan. The film which released in Pakistan on Saturday, July 18, collected around Rs 1.3 crore on its opening day at the Box Office.
The Salman Khan starrer clashed with two films - Bin Roye and Wrong Number - in Pakistan. However, the collections of Bajrangi Bhaijaan on the opening day are greater than the combined collections of two Pakistani films.
While Bin Roye collected around Rs 42.55 lacs on its opening day, Wrong Number had a good opening day of 73.25 lacs. There is tremendous craze of Bajrangi Bhaijaan in Pakistan due to word of mouth of the film and Salman Khan.
The humongous craze of Bajrangi Bhaijaan has resulted in the distributors screening the film as early as 4.30 am in Pakistan. According to a few sources in Pakistan, there has been a huge jump in the Sunday collections of the film in Pakistan with early estimates falling in the range of Rs 3 crore.
