Shraddha Kapoor begins training with Saina Nehwal under Chief National Coach Pullela Gopichand
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is now-a-days busy in training of badminton with ace shuttler Saina Nehwal under chief national coach Pullela Gopichand.
Shraddha Kapoor is all set to essay Saina Nehwal in a biopic based on the badminton champion's life that will be directed by Amole Gupte and produced by Bhushan Kumar.
In a post that had went viral on social media, shuttler posted a picture on social media after a practice session in Hyderabad.
She captioned it, “Today’s badminton practice session ... Gopi sir , @ShraddhaKapoor and me #Biopic”

Earlier, there were speculations that Deepika Padukone might play Saina in the film. In fact Saina too had expressed her desire to see Deepika playing her character on screen. Deepika is well versed with the game, because of her badminton champion dad, Prakash Padukone.

Finally it is Shraddha who has been finalised to play lead in biopic. The film is slated to go on floor later this year.
The film is slated for a 2018 release.
