After the commencement of popular Star Plus show Ishqbaaaz, there were reports that the channel has decided to put an end to many shows seeing the drop of TRPs and one amongst those is Yeh Hai Mohabbatein which has been entertaining the fans for almost five years now. Previously too there were reports about the show going off-AIR but the lead actors of the show including Divyanka Tripathi, Karan Patel and even Naagin 3 actress Anita Hassanandani took it as a rumor.
Well now it seems as if the date is finally here when the show will end. As per the latest reports in a portal, it is being said that the show that began in December, 2013 will go off-AIR in June this year. The reports of the same were confirmed by Krishna Mukherjee who was previously a part of the show, playing the role of Aliya and will now be seen in Naagin 3, playing the role of Tamsee. The actress opened up about the same during an interview she gave recently.
Krishna said, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is going off air in the month of June." She even said that she has no idea why the show is ending even though it is garning decent amount of numbers on the charts. She said, "I don't know why the show is going off the air, as it has good TRP ratings. It becomes difficult to leave a show and move on as everyone is a family here. Will miss everyone for sure.”

Talking about the show, it had a great run all these years and the twists and turn of events in the show have kept the audience of the show hooked.
