Bigg Boss 9's Gizele Thakral heads to Maldives after turning down Ram Gopal Varma's web series
Big Boss 9 contestant and Bollywood actress Gizele Thakral has reportedly turned down a role in filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming web series.
Gizele, who shot to fame with her photoshoot for the Kingfisher Calendar, was a wild card entry on the ninth season of the controversial reality TV show, Bigg Boss. After her stint on the show, Gizele was seen on the big screen in Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 and Mastizaade.
According to reports, Gizele turned down RGV's offer as she wants meaty roles. However, when contacted by a leading daily, the actress said: "I would love to work with Ramu sir. But unfortunately things didn't work out this time."
The same report also quoted a source as saying:
"The series required Gizele to show a lot of skin. There were a few nude scenes in it too. Gizele does not want to be slotted in the sex comedy genre films where actresses do not have much to do."
As the reports swirl around her, Gizele is currently vacationing with her mother in Maldives where she also celebrated her birthday. Check out photos of her holiday here:
