Stunt goes wrong, man falls 30-feet off dam during dangerous climb [Watch]

A young man’s stunt went horribly wrong as he attempted to climb the wall of Srinivas Sagar dam in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapura and plummeted to the ground. The wall is about 50 feet high.

In a video of the incident that has now gone viral on the internet, the man can be seen climbing the wall while people watching him were trying to convince him to get down. After climbing the wall halfway, the man lost his footing and fell to the ground from a height of around 30-feet.


Locals in the area and some tourists can be heard screaming upon witnessing the incident. The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital in Bengaluru for medical attention.

As maintained by reports, the youth climbed the walls of the Srinivasa Sagara dam, even after the opposition from the Dam’s administration. The youth was clearly instructed not to climb, but he did not listen and went ahead with his horrifying act.

The local police have also filed a case against the youth for violating the orders and restrictions of the dam’s officials. The administration has also said that fines will be imposed on people trying to attempt any adventure in the future.
