UAE Box Office : Mohanlal's Pulimurugan completes 50-days, all set to break Bajrangi Bhaijaan's record

It's Mohanlal vs Salman Khan at the UAE Box Office!

​Mohanlal's Pulimurugan has successfully completed 50-theatrical days at the UAE Box Office. The Vysakh directorial, which released on 3 November to record breaking response is still running to packed houses in limited screens across UAE.

Upon its release, Pulimurugan has emerged as the biggest Indian release ever in UAE beating the likes of 2016 blockbuster films, Rajinikanth starrer Kabali and Salman Khan's Sultan. The Mohanlal starrer was released in a massive 425 screens and went on to shatter the opening weekend records of Indian blockbusters like Kabali, Sultan and Baahubali : The Beginning at the UAE Box Office​. The film also emerged as the highest grossing South Indian film at the UAE Box Office.

Pulimurugan has so far collected a massive Rs. 35 crore at the UAE Box Office to become the only South Indian film among all-time Indian top 10 highest film grossers.​

Meanwhile, Pulimurugan will be looking to cross the 75-theatrical day set by the 2015 Salman Khan blockbuster, Bajrangi Bhaijaan at the UAE Box Office. The top two slots were occupied by the 2013 Mohanlal thriller Drishyam (125 days) and the 1997 Hollywood blockbuster Titanic.
