In a previous article, Catch had reported about the Delhi schedule completion of Shankar's Robot 2.0. The four week long shoot in the national capital included a football match scene, which is reportedly an important highlight of the anticipated sequel of the Rajinikanth starrer. Also, a fight sequence featuring the Thalaiva and Akshay Kumar has apparently been shot during this schedule.
According to the latest update from Kollywood, the fight sequence would form the climax of the film. Reportedly the schedule was extremely tiring for the entire cast and crew and a few camera equipment were also damaged due to the summer heat in Delhi.
The team is currently enjoying a brief break and will fly to Bolivia in May to shoot a couple of songs featuring superstar Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson. Director Shankar, who is touted as the Indian Spielberg, will head for the Bolivia schedule from the second week of May. Robot 2.0, mounted on a budget of Rs 350 crore, is said to be the costliest Indian film ever made.
