South Indian actor Meena's daughter Nainika to debut in Vijay's Theri

Popular South Indian actress Meena's daughter Nainika is all set to make her acting debut in Atlee's upcoming film Theri. The four-year-old girl will be playing Vijay's daughter in the film. The official trailer was launched on Sunday evening and with the release of the trailer, Nainika became the next big thing in Kollywood.

Apparently, Nainika's acting skills and her dialogue delivery have been well received by the audience. The little girl has around 40 scenes in the film and in most of them, she will be seen alongside superstar Vijay. The film revolves around the relationship between a daughter and father (played by Nainika and Vijay, respectively).

Meanwhile the trailer of Theri took social network by storm, crossing more than two million views on YouTube in 24 hours. Theri also stars Amy Jackson and Samantha Ruth Prabhu and marks Atlee's second directorial outing after the blockbuster Raja Rani. The film is releasing on the auspicious occasion of 'Tamil New Year' which falls on 14 April 2016.
