Two vehicles set ablaze in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district

Suspected terrorist set two vehicles on fire, on early Friday morning in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. The occurrence happened on the Jammu-Srinagar highway at 3 am on Friday, according to sources.

One of the vehicles set on fire was owned by local BJP leader Adil Ahmad Ganai, who was reportedly outside his residence at the time of the incident. The private car belonging to Ganai was parked outside his house.


The Jammu and Kashmir police have stated that they are inquiring into the case.

 

This incident comes day after a terror attack that left five labourers dead in Kulgam district, which hampered normalcy throughout the valley.

Five labourers were shot dead by terrorist on Tuesday night. Another labour died at a hospital, taking the dead toll to six.

The attack was followed my clashes at many places in Kashmir, leaving many civilians injured.
