As Sukesh kept sending messages to Sara and insisted on showering her with gifts. Sara was quizzed by the probe agency regarding the gifts. In a letter to the ED dated January 14, 2022, the actor told investigators that she repeatedly turned down Sukesh’s offer.

Furthermore, Sara told the probe agency that after refusing Sukesh many times, she agreed to accept a box of chocolates from him. Later, Sukesh sent her a Franck Muller watch along with the chocolates in an attempt to befriend her, sources said..

Janhvi Kapoor was also targeted by Sukesh with the help of his wife Leena Maria Paul. The conman allegedly gave gifts worth over Rs 18 lakh to Janhvi. This is the same money which Sukesh extorted from Aditi Singh.

Janhvi also told the ED that apart from money, she was gifted a Christian Dior bag. The actor submitted her bank account details before the ED along with her statement.

The conman also had his eyes on Bhumi Pednekar. She was targeted by Sukesh’s associate Pinky Irani, who approached Bhumi pretending to be the Vice President of News Express in January 2021.

Pinky Irani told Bhumi that their group’s chairman Sukesh Chandrasekhar was a fan of hers and wanted to talk to her about a big project. He also wanted to gift her a car, she told Bhumi.

The following day, Sukesh called Bhumi and introduced himself as ‘Shekhar’and said, “My friend Ms Irani must have got in touch with you regarding a few projects and a car that I wanna gift you.”

Bhumi told ED officials that she did not receive any type of gifts from Sukesh Chandrasekhar or Suraj or Shekhar or his any of his associates.
