Noida: Shocking! Dead for a month, woman walks back home; police are in a fix

In a shocking incident, a 25-years-old woman who went missing since a month and was presumed dead, returned home on Wednesday leaving everyone stunned including cops. The family of Neetu Saxena identified an unclaimed body as their daughter after she disappeared and cremated it on April 24. As the woman returned home her family informed the cops about it.

As per reports, the body of a woman was found in a bag and it was decomposing. Neetu's family claimed the body as their daughter, Neetu after spotting the mangalsutra around her neck.

Now, the police have a brace up to fix the matter and have launched an investigation to crack the real identity of the 'cremated' woman. Arun Kumar Singh, SP (city) Noida said Neetu, who hails from Shahjahanpur, had married Ram Lakhan six years ago.

Four years ago, Neetu and her husband's relationship turned sour and she went back to live with her parents in Noida Sector 87. On April 7, she went missing and family tried to search her, following which her father Sarvesh Saxena filed a missing complaint with Phase II police station.

The family hunted for their daughter Neetu for a month. After the search, the family found a dead body of a woman and the presumed it as Neetu and cremated it last month.
