The NADA disciplinary panel said one time ingestion by the wrestler was "not within his knowledge and strengthens his claim".
As per reports, the National Anti Doping Agency (NADA) hearing went on for eight hours.
"The panel again sat today and reviewed the whole case," NADA DG Navin Agarwal told reporters.
Narsingh tested positive for methandienone - a banned anabolic steroid - following which he cried foul, claiming the entire episode was a conspiracy against him.
Earlier, the panel had summoned two cooks on the request of Narsingh's lawyer, Vidushpat Singhania, according to media reports.
The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) has also backed Narsingh Yadav all along.
