Early trends indicate Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is already leading on more than 55 seats. The BJP is currently leading at 12 seats and the Congress has failed to open account.

The counting of votes polled in the high-stakes Delhi Assembly election began on Tuesday morning amid tight security at various centers set up to carry out the exercise. Exit polls have predicted a big win for the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, but the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders maintained that the surveys would fall flat.

All eyes are on the national capital, where vote counting for the 2020 Delhi assembly election results is going on. Voting for the 70-seat was held on February 8 for Delhi's 70 assembly constituencies.
