British singer Adele took everyone by surprise when she recently disguised herself as one of her impersonators and performed live on for a BBC show.
The popular crooner used makeup and facial prosthetics - including a fake nose - to disguise herself as part of a prank by BBC host Graham Norton.
The Rolling in the Deep Singer introduced herself as Jenny the nanny and joined a number of Adele impersonators, who were told that they were auditioning for a TV pilot.
Adele - who was unrecognisable as Jenny - reportedly threw herself into the prank, deliberately speaking slowly and in a different accent. She also blurred her tattoos to appear even more convincing.
All the Adele impersonators - including the real Adele - then turns to perform 'Make You Feel My Love'.
Right before she began singing, Adele also faked missing her cue. However, her cover was blown the minute she began to sing. Afterall, no impersonator can mimic her unique, soulful voice with its powerful four-octave range.
The prank was pulled off as a celebration for her new album, 25.
