UGC NET Exam Date 2021: Latest notification released by NTA; check new update

UGC NET Exam 2021: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an official notification for UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles examination dates on its official website. Therefore, candidates who have applied for the exam can now check the official schedule released at nta.ac.in or ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

According to the official notification, NTA will conduct the examination on November 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, and December 01, 03, 04, and 05.

Earlier, NTA was supposed to conduct the UGC NET exam on October 17, but had postponed it due to examination dates are clashing with other major exams. Even in September too, NTA cited the same reason for postponing the examination.

“This is in continuation to the Public Notice dated 09.10.2021 regarding the Examination dates for UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles. The dates for the conduct of Examination for UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles have now been finalized,” the official notification reads.

UGC NET admit cards will be released at least 7-15 days before the examination.

Also, NTA will release the detailed date sheet for the UGC NET exam in the coming days. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep their eyes on the official website of NTA at www.nta.ac.in, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
