10 skill development centres in launched Delhi's night shelters

Ten skill development centres were launched by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Lieutanant Governor Anil Baijal at night shelter at Tilak Nagar, Delhi, on Tuesday.

The ten centres are: Raja Garden for Basic Sewing Operator, Parda Bagh for Beauty Culture, Sarai Kale Khan for Basic Sewing Operator, Fateh Puri for Plumbing, Chabi Ganj for Plumbing, Yamuna Bazar for Basic Electrical, Tilak Nagar for Basic Electrical, Regar Pura Karol Bagh for Asstt. Cook, A-Block Motia Khan for Basic Electrical, Multani Dhanda for Plumbing.

While attending his first public function as the LG, Baijal appreciated the efforts of Delhi Government for helping people be employable and providing them opportunity to be skilled workers and earn their livelihood.

Kejriwal also inaugurated a Mohalla Clinic and Recreation Centre for senior citizens and Shaheed Smriti Udyan at Tilak Nagar.
