India's leading personalization-based fashion marketplace Voonik has announced the launch of Voonik TV, where one can watch exciting short-form videos and shop from them, all within the Voonik App.

Every video is uniquely created for Voonik customers who don't have to look at the product images and read long descriptions, but just see the video and buy. There will be fresh videos every day, thanks to hundreds of vloggers, designers, and celebrities who have tied up with Voonik TV to create shoppable videos. Voonik TV platform is now open for any video content creator to make their fashion videos and earn commissions when the merchandise in the video sells.

Today, fashion e-commerce is driven by product imagery. People place an order if they like the image of the product and trust the website for quality and delivery. Through Voonik TV, the company is trying to bring the product closer to the consumer by showing a real video of it.

Also, by allowing video creators to become Voonik TV experts, the Voonik is creating an opportunity for many bloggers, designers and sellers to tell their story and earn from their popularity.

"We're launching Voonik TV at a time when Indian consumers are rapidly moving towards video-only consumption on social media. Now consumers can actually buy straight from a video they are watching on Voonik app. Not only this, anyone be it a blogger, a student or a housewife, who has something interesting to tell, can upload a video on Voonik TV and earn from the commission of sale," said co-founder and CEO Voonik, Sujayath Ali.

"When I heard the concept, I didn't believe it can be possible to buy and sell directly from videos. But now I know it is not only possible but Voonik TV is doing it in a beautiful format. I am sure many upcoming actors, designers, boutiques and sellers will find a new channel to reach out to millions of Indian consumers and women will love video shopping as much as I do," added actor and Voonik TV expert, Anita Hassanandani.
