An old form of Reliance Jio's subscription is doing round on the Internet. The form appeared to belong the global desi girl of India Priyanka Chopra's subscription form for the service. The form is currently rounds on the social media site. In the subscription, a picture of Priyanka Chopra and her details could be seen. However, we can not confirm whether this picture is fake or not.
