This actor to play the role of Sunil Gavaskar in Kabir Khan's 83, starring Ranveer Singh
Director Kabir Khan is making the film 83 with having most of the known actors and after signing few Punjabi actors in the film, he has also taken some known names from the Hindi films as well. It is quite known that Ranveer Singh will be playing the lead role of Kapil Dev in the film and he recently also desired to spend some time with the cricketer to know his cricketing skills.
Now after finalizing Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev, Kabir Khan has also found another big name for the role of Sunil Gavaskar. Tahir Raj Bhasin who has been seen in the films like Force 2, Mardaani, and Manto has been signed to Sunil Gavaskar.
However, the director has already locked the cast of the film with the players casting. Stree actor Pankaj Tripathi will be seen playing the role manager Man Singh, Chirag Patil as Sandeep Patil, YouTube star Sahil Khattar as Syed Kirmani, Punjabi actor Ammy Virk as Balvinder Singh and Tamil actor Jiiva as Kris Srikkanth.
